So, here's the card I made that was the "winner" as our office thank you choice (at least for now). I got the idea from Splitcoast Stampers (Mitch47).
I used some cs I got from Big Lots (a LONG time ago) for the card base and image panel. The brown cs came from Oriental Trading big stack of 150 sheets for $20. The ribbon is from American Crafts. The stamp was from Walmart and I used my nesties for the scallop and panel.
