Mom's day #1
First mom's day card... this will be my 2nd Mother's day with out my mom and I almost couldn't make cards again (I didn't last year), but decided I would try. I was so pleased with how lovely it looked (and how beautiful the pins accented the card- thank you Kanani!) that I ended up being able to make my 2nd card.
Enjoy!

A little bit of this & A little bit of that...
This picture is from last year at a great place to eat in the DFW area. I never could find the right paper or embellishments to scrap the photo. So, a year later I found that by adding in different elements from Pink Paislee, Echo Park, Crate, CTMH, Calico Studio (misting sprays), cricut cuts, some *old* rub-ons, and old fashioned fussy cutting of flowers I could achieve the look I wanted. The sketch is

Easter projects
You may not be able to tell but there are 2 little treat boxes full of candy (because *who* doesn't need MORE candy after THREE egg hunts??) and 2 matching mini-cards inside their baskets. I never intended to overshadow the Easter Bunny, but my kids just never cared about it. They have sorta always known we do their baskets. Inside the cards are LBB Additions... but alas no pics :(
Enjoy!

Flying Hill over "Prairie Hill"
Pink Paislee... love them! They have come out with several lines that I adore. For around $5 I can get the small paper pack and while this is the only one I have, I simply love Prairie Hill. Lots of distressing, Kraft card stock, a postage die (on Fine Linen of course) and little bits of goodness peeking out.
Enjoy!
