ink Paislee paper (Cupid Collection). Base card is Sweet Blush cs and the scallop is Spring Rain cs both from PTI. I used Wreath for all Seasons and Tiny Treats: Valentine stamp sets. This made such a cute little birthday card for one of Emma's friends!!Enjoy!
