First mom's day card... this will be my 2nd Mother's day with out my mom and I almost couldn't make cards again (I didn't last year), but decided I would try. I was so pleased with how lovely it looked (and how beautiful the pins accented the card- thank you Kanani!) that I ended up being able to make my 2nd card.

Aw, Kristin, I feel for you. I am in the process of making my mom's mother's day card. The only thing is . . . I know it will be her last. She won't make it to next year. I am having a very difficult, emotional time because of that, and because I want it to be perfect. I'm proud of you for getting back on the horse, so to speak, and making this beautiful card!
