This card is a CASE of a Nichole Heady card (who is the creative "creator" behind PTI). I used cricut for the image panel, an SU butterfly, embossed the polka dots on the butterfly and stickles for the wings. PTI Kraft and Lemon Tart cardstock and LT ribbon. PTI Polka Dot Basics II stamp set is how I created the background.Enjoy!
