Just don't know about this one. I was wanting to do some paper piecing with Balloonabella's dress, and trying to do something that would look cute. I colored her with copics, balloons too, and put glossy accents over them. I used the threading water punch at the bottom of the card to go along with bottom shape of her dress.
Had the paper and flowers forever (flowers are Paper studio).
What do YOU think??
